14 hours of Pennsylvania Continuing Education

The state of Pennsylvania requires a licensed Agent to complete 14 hours of CE every two years. The renewal period ends May 31st every even year.
This Package Includes:
- Homes For All: Serving People with Disabilities – People with disabilities generally have the same housing needs as the rest of the population; yet they are often overlooked as prospective homeowners. This new course familiarizes students with this market and how to communicate with and serve it more effectively.

Note: If you were originally licensed after December 1, 2007, (which means your real estate license number is higher than RS306390), you need to complete the 14 hours of “new licensee” continuing education. This is not included in our 14-hr Pack.
The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission will be notified electronically upon successful completion of the course. Affidavits can be found by clicking the Help link in the navigation bar on the Course Catalog. The affidavit will also be available to print upon course completion. |
